CRE8 Week Three: Health and Wellbeing activities for Scouts and Explorers

We have made it to week three and we hope that you are keeping well and able to carry on with your favourite scouting activities at home. 

This week we will be focusing on Health and Wellbeing, we understand that this has been a challenging few weeks and everyone is facing different hurdles and we hope these activities can be inspiring and helpful.

Weekly Wins

Make diaries to record little victories, as we work out what wins do for our wellbeing.

What you will need:

  • A4 paper
  • A4 card
  • Pens or pencils
  • Hole punch
  • Split pins
  • Craft materials (for example, tissue paper, pipe cleaners, stickers)
