Wirral Scouts Delivering Christmas to Households across the Peninsula.

Scouts from across the Wirral taking part in annual Wirral Charity Post

Scout from Bebington, Birkenhead, Wallasey and West Wirral are once again joining with our friends in Girl Guiding Wirral to raise valuable funds for charity with the annual Wirral Charity Post.

Since 1982, the Wirral Post has raised over £3 million for Scouts and Guides as well as the nominated charities they support each year - all through selling stamps and delivering cards. The money raised helps to support our work to deliver #SkillsForLife to hundreds of young people across the Wirral every day.

One of the great things about the Wirral Post is that it doesn't just support the groups involved but also small Wirral Charities too. By donating a significant proportion of the money raised, The Wirral Post continues to follow the Scouting principle of helping others as well as ourselves, especially those who would not get help elsewhere, just like Baden Powell taught us all those years ago.

If you're a Wirral resident it's so easy use the post to send your Christmas mail, all you need to do is write someone a Christmas Card and send it using one of their special 30p stamps, you can use the search feature on their website to find your nearest shop, post your card in one of the special postboxes (usually in the shop you buy your stamps) and then let the Scouts do the rest.

So come on, send your friends and family a Christmas card this year and together we can deliver Christmas to households across the Wirral, for the 36th year running!
