Hilbre Island is Terrain One (1)
However, if suitably risk assessed, and with RNLI Lifeguards being on duty, and suitable weather conditions and daylight hours, the terrain can be reduced to Terrain Zero (0). Please note, that all conditions above must be met for the terrain classification to be reduced.
