We’re looking for some new volunteers to come and join one of the teams within our new County structure. Interested? Check out the roles available below.
And don’t forget, we work in teams now, so there’s less pressure on roles as we move to share responsibilities across multiple people.
Volunteer Development Team
The County Volunteer Development Team makes sure all volunteers in County teams have a fantastic volunteering experience. By doing so, they’ll make it easy for people to join and learn new skills.
“I’m so excited to see our volunteering culture change as we move through our period of transition and these new roles are going to be key in making sure our adult volunteers have the right learning and skills for their role, and that they are rewarded for their time and effort. We’re also leading on all communications both internally and externally to make sure we shout about what we’re doing as loudly as possible!”
