Team Leader – Programme
My motivation is very much about how I can help and support our volunteers to provide exciting, quality programmes and adventure to our young people. I am passionate about ensuring all our young people have the opportunity to achieve their top awards and develop skills for life, which they will be able to use in everyday life to help them become active citizens.
I has been involved in Scouting as a youth member when I joined as Venture Scouts at the age of 14 and I have had the privileged to hold a number of roles.
My passion is around large scale events, quality programmes and adventure as they have a part to play in supporting volunteers in the programme to deliver skills for life.
I’m really looking forward to support so many volunteers, understanding how we as a Programme team can help and support better and of course increase the quality of the programme making sure young people gain their top awards recognising their Skills for life.
