These are difficult times for all of us at the moment, so it is important that we are taking care of our mental health and promoting positive mental well-being for our Members.

Below are some resources that can be accessed if you or someone you know needs some extra support; as well as some child-friendly mental health resources to share with your young people, if needed; and activities that you could do during online meetings or share on social media pages.

Some of the activities may need to be adapted for the current situation, but hopefully this booklet will be a resource that we can continue to use once we have returned to face-to-face Scouting.
